At Tik Tok Biryani, we take pride in delivering high-quality food and service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be accepted for online or offline orders.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately processed by our kitchen. Therefore, cancellations are generally not accepted after confirmation. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, so if you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing it.

Orders can only be cancelled by directly calling our support team at +91 97337 60116 before food preparation begins. Once preparation starts, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Tik Tok Biryani

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of unavoidable circumstances such as:

• Unavailability of certain menu items.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact information.
• Technical issues or payment gateway failures.
• Unforeseen situations like natural calamities, power failure, or kitchen emergencies.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in specific situations such as:

• Incorrect order delivered (wrong item or quantity).
• Order not delivered due to an internal error or unavoidable reason.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed due to a technical issue.

To initiate a refund, customers must provide order details and proof (such as payment receipt or transaction ID) to our support email: admin@tiktokbiryani.com. Our team will verify the details and process the refund within 5–7 working days.

4. No Refund Situations

Please note that no refund will be issued in the following cases:

• Customer changes their mind after the food has been prepared or delivered.
• Complaints made after more than 30 minutes of order delivery.
• Unsatisfactory taste or portion size (as food preferences are subjective).

5. Replacement Policy

If the delivered food is incorrect or damaged, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Replacement will only be processed if the customer informs us immediately with supporting images within 30 minutes of delivery.

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the same payment method used during the transaction (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, or bank account). Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
